If you use additional features available to you in SAP HR due to your job function - such as "My Portal" - you must now access SAP PCH by going to SAP Logon available from your Windows start menu. You must also update your software to SAP GUI version 7.6, if you have not already done so. In addition, automatic login for certain PCH features may no longer be available. If you have never used a password to login to PCH, you may need to request a password from the Chevron Global IT Helpdesk. If you have issues accessing PCH, submit a support request or contact the Chevron Global IT Helpdesk using the chat feature or by calling them at 1-855-633-8765 (or 925-842-8765). Choose the SAP application support option.
